1. With courier company

Parcels up to 10 kg are sent with the company ELTA TACHYMETAFORES.

Shipping cost is 3.00 euros for orders up to 150 euros.

For orders over 150 euros you are entitled to free shipping.

2. With a transport company.

Parcels over 10 kg are sent by a transport company. With this shipping method, cash on delivery is not available. Also, the collection of products is done by the office of the transport company.

Cash on delivery service is an additional € 2.00 of the total cost of the order.

COD service is not available for very heavy or bulky products sent with a transport company or with our car for which the other payment methods apply: deposit in a bank account, credit card.

Product returns

In case of return, the products to be returned must be in the same condition in which you received them, ie they have not been unsealed, or their packaging has been violated. Products must be accompanied by the corresponding retail receipt, or sales invoice.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is good to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products and their intact packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken goods, wrong item, etc.). λ.π.).

Products that have already been used can not be changed or returned under any circumstances.
